Collection & Use of Personal Information

FFA PaySmart collects personal information from your direct debit authority form and from our FFA PaySmart WebExpress website solely for the purpose of providing services and general information to our existing and potential clients.

Personal information will only be used for updating clients with industry-related updates in the form of our periodic e-newsletters.

If no longer wish to receive such communications from us, you should follow the unsubscribe instructions from the base of the email newsletter. Alternatively, you may contact our Privacy Officer on (07) 3866 9100 or by e-mailing privacy@ffapaysmart.com.au and we will ensure this is corrected.

Our Privacy Policy

Information that we collect may include but is not limited to, your name, address, phone, e-mail and other details necessary for us to carry out our direct debit billing service. This information will not be sold or otherwise disclosed to any third party unless required by law or permitted by the Privacy Act.

Information that FFA PaySmart collects is normally provided by you or an approved third party. Occasionally, we may receive information about you from other sources. If we wish to use information received in this way for any purpose we will contact you as soon as possible after receiving the information and discuss the matter with you. The provision of your personal information is voluntary but if it is not provided then FFA PaySmart may not be able to deliver the services you expect or request.

FFA PaySmart takes all reasonable steps to ensure that personal information collected from you is accurate, complete and current; that such information is both physically and technologically secure and that any information no longer required for any purpose by FFA PaySmart is destroyed or permanently de-identified.
