For Clubware users, PaySmart is able to update financial records to mirror exactly what amounts have been debited for a particular member, and when. As part of this upgrade we kept security of information a high priority, which means the business is not responsible for storing any account or credit card information. To update payment histories you just click one button and that is it. The Clubware development team are even taking this a step further to create a seamless process for any “action requests” and creating new Direct Debit Requests when getting a new member started.
